In the short time that we’ve been at our Southside location, we’ve become the HQ and a valuable resource for over 185+ crew members. Who include entrepreneurs, freelancers, office nomads, startups, small teams, and enterprise employees that rely on us daily for predictable desk, meeting, and event space that they can count on.

You asked for an exchange/downtown location and we listened. We’ll be ready to serve you in January 2020! All of the details related to our new Exchange location are outlined below.

Q & A: What are the membership options and will my membership grant me access to both locations?

Yes, your membership will enable you to access all Launch locations (currently Southside @ 1460 Chevrier and Exchange @ 167 Lombard) and use the amenities included in your membership plan. Our standard membership options are outlined in the image below. If you believe your needs don’t fall into any of our standard membership options, we invite you to schedule a tour (at our Southside location) or contact us to discuss your exact needs.

Q & A: I see you have private offices available at the Exchange location. Can you share the details?

Yes, and with reference to the simplified layout image below we have individual and executive team offices available at Launch Exchange (opening January 2020). Each office includes;

  • 24/7 access
  • Free coffee & tea
  • Lockable office space
  • Internal Signage on the office (Your name/logo)
  • Wi-fi / LAN included (dedicated SSID an option)
  • # of team members TBD
  • Standard furnishing layout included, custom furnishing optional and TBD
  • Access to all member lounge/common areas
  • Meeting room time at member rate
  • Mailing and shipping address option
  • Locker option
  • Beer option
  • Monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual payment options. We offer paid in full (PIF) discounts accordingly
    • Monthly: No discount
    • Quarterly: 2%
    • Bi-Annual: 4%
    • Annual: 6% off

Our office lease commitment is based on a rolling term – 6 months for Individual Offices 1-4, and 12 months for Executive Team Offices 1-3. In other words, we need to give you 6-12 months notice (depending on office type) for changes (ie. price increases) and you need to give us 6-12 months notice (depending on office type) for cancellation/move out.

Q & A: What’s your parking plan, will you be offering parking as part of your membership?

Parking is Free at our Southside location, but parking at the Exchange location will be up to each member. There is short term street parking within seconds of the main entrance and in our recent experience we’ve always found a short term (< 2hrs) spot on the street at a rate of <$3.50/hr.

Regular full day parking is available immediately adjacent to the building and anywhere the underground walkway is connected to. We are planning to identify all of the available parking options and corresponding rates.

Q & A: Can you show me a preview of what the interior of the new location is going to look like?

Of course, in order to create an environment that is leading edge and conducive to your needs as a member we’ve spent a considerable amount of time with our design team looking at inspiration and best practices from around the world. As you can see the design amenities include, dedicated and ‘hot’ desks, meeting rooms, boardroom, booths, cubbies, lounges, individual offices and executive team offices, full size kitchen, and many versatile and functional pieces of furniture.
