A Check-In gives your team collectively a day of access to our common space, and refreshes monthly.

For example, 3 team members come in every Monday = 3 days / check-ins per week x 4 weeks = 12 days / check-ins per month.

What time of day will you be accessing our locations?

We offer coffee services, and includes a discount at our café partner at the Downtown Location. We also keep Green and Earl Grey tea on site, milk, cream, and sugar.

Locker Option

Frequently Asked Questions

When you use a team membership, it allows you to designate a Team Admin in the Launch app. This makes handling bookings, billing, invoicing to the company, and differentiating individual bookings (Mike brought in a client for his consulting business) from Team bookings (Jane, the admin, booked a whole-team meeting) a breeze. Teams also get the benefit of sharing a pool of Check-ins and meeting room time. Your development team might only need to come to the office once or twice a month, but your Account manager is always meeting with clients at Launch. A Team membership gives you more flexibility to choose how you want to work and from where.

A “Check-in” is a Day Pass. Daily Check-ins provide a certain number of days of access to our Launch locations. A member Check-in from the Launch App lets us know you’ve arrived for the day and can use any of the common facilities (no desk booking required). If your plan includes for example “4 Check-ins” (as seen in our Hot Desk Membership), that allows you to enjoy Launch 4 days per month. Unused Check-ins do not roll over to the next month.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. We do require 30 days notice per team member for most downgrades, but we can process an upgrade anytime you want, even mid-month if you’re enjoying Launch enough that one or two days a week isn’t enough for you.
