Yes, each of our Mailing/Virtual Office memberships help entrepreneurs register their businesses without the inconvenience of using their home address. You can have a more professional business address with the peace of mind of protecting your personal information.

Yes, you can deliver packages to Launch or use our address for Google My Business. In our Mailing and Virtual Office Services you will see that the entry-level option is just for letters and business address, and each level up adds on a new service (like package deliveries and Google My Business). At Launch, we offer the flexibility to only pay for what you will use.

Yes, we will hold your mail and packages. $5/day fee after the first five days.

If you would like the mail scanned, forwarded, or destroyed, we will do that for a small fee.

After signing up for your membership, you can deliver mail in Your Name or Your Business Name addressed to Your Home Launch Address (Southside, Exchange, or Downtown). We will send you a notification in the Launch App letting you know you have new mail. If you have a special request for your mail or package (forwarding, scanning, or shredding) please let us know in response to that notification.

Yes, of course you can! As long as the mail is in your name or your business name, we’ll know who to notify.

Yes, you can. When you sign up, you will choose one Home location for your membership. To add-on another location, you will need another Mailing Address membership for each additional location.

Yes, you can, however you will need a separate Mailing Address membership for each business so we know who to contact when we get letters for Business A and Business B, and to keep your own invoices separate for each business.
