The Talk
I’ll share a bit about my journey from internal HR leadership to launching Hunt Leadership Group, including the moment I realized I already had the experience and capability to build something of my own. From there, we’ll explore one of the biggest challenges growing organizations face: how to scale without losing what made the business successful in the first place. In this short session, we’ll discuss why there’s no single definition of “good leadership,” how leadership behaviours quietly shape culture, and why the leadership skills a business needs should align with what the organization is trying to build. We’ll also explore why culture forms whether it’s intentional or not, and how early clarity around values and leadership expectations makes scaling easier over time. This conversation is geared toward founders and growing leaders who want to build organizations where people can do their best work while maintaining the culture, identity, and energy that made the organization special in the first place.
