Dorothy Villegas knows what it’s like to wear a lot of hats as a small business owner.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, including training, support, and systems, Dorothy founded Profitable Digital CEO Ltd., where she provides AI training and implementation, along with CRM and workflow design to help business owners run their businesses more smoothly. Most of her clients are looking for better ways to handle the day-to-day work in their business, so they can focus their energy on the people they serve.

In 2009, Dorothy founded a Toastmasters club to help fellow immigrants strengthen their communication and leadership skills. She later served in several leadership roles and competed in Toastmasters speech contests.

Outside of work, Dorothy enjoys walking, camping, and running. She recently started playing pickleball.
