Kathryn is a social impact communications expert and the CEO & Principal Consultant of LeBlanc (& co.) Communications. A trusted strategist and speaker, she helps mission-driven organizations, movements, and campaigns communicate with clarity and achieve meaningful results. Kathryn has supported campaigns that secured $100 million in government funding for 2SLGBTQI+ communities and over $1 billion in investment to expand access to childcare. A former Parliamentary Press Secretary, Kathryn now leverages her experience in politics to support civil society campaigns. Leading the LeBlanc (& co.) Communications team, Kathryn serves clients in nonprofits, philanthropy, labour, the public sector, and values-aligned small businesses. Working at the intersection of business and social impact, Kathryn has grown LeBlanc (& co.) to a full-time team of six staff.
