Founders Coffee: Priti Shah – From First Date to Forever: How to Get Great Clients and Never Let Them Go

The Speaker 

Priti Shah (She/Her/Elle) has been doing public speaking for more than 30 years and brings a diverse personal and professional background to her engaging and inspiring presentations. She is a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, investigator, facilitator and the owner of PRAXIS Consulting. Priti is widely known and highly respected for her work in the areas of human rights, board governance, dispute resolution, and organizational development.

Recently she has added yoga, meditation and sound healing to her services. Priti has traveled to 71 countries and represented the Government of Canada and the Organization for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in September 1998 as an observer of the parliamentary elections in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

She is committed to international development and has completed eight Habitat builds. In August 2026 she will ride her third Cycle of Hope in support of a family building their first home. In May 2005, Priti was awarded the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Contribution to Community from the Women Business Owners of Manitoba and in 2024 she was a finalist for the BIPOC award. Priti has performed in 13 community plays with the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre and is also the proud owner of a 2019 Grey Cup ring for her service on the Winnipeg Football Club board. She is passionate about live sports, health, fitness, music, arts and enjoying the beautiful people and geography of Canada with her girls.
