Sophia Seo is the founder of KorraNet Creative Inc. and the creator of KorraMind, an AI-powered platform built to help e-commerce businesses create content more efficiently and grow with greater clarity. Her path into entrepreneurship was anything but traditional. During the pandemic, she taught herself how to build an online store, learned digital marketing from the ground up, and discovered a passion for helping small businesses navigate growth with limited resources. What began as curiosity and survival gradually became a deeper mission: building practical tools, strategies, and support systems that make entrepreneurship feel more possible. Today, Sophia brings together lived experience, creativity, and technology to support founders and businesses in building with more courage, credibility, and heart.

The Talk

Building a business is rarely a straight line. In this talk, I’ll share my founder journey honestly—from teaching myself e-commerce and digital marketing during the pandemic, to supporting small businesses, to building an AI-powered platform for e-commerce brands. My path into entrepreneurship did not begin with perfect timing, funding, or a traditional tech background. It began with curiosity, survival, and a willingness to learn by doing. Along the way, I’ve faced uncertainty, limited resources, difficult decisions, and the constant challenge of building something meaningful while also trying to stay true to my values. This talk is not about pretending the founder journey is polished. It’s about the real side of entrepreneurship: starting before you feel ready, adapting when things change, learning through setbacks, and continuing to build even when the path feels unclear. I’ll also reflect on how my lived experiences shaped the way I lead, how I think about business, and why I care so deeply about helping other founders build with clarity, credibility, and resilience. My hope is that people leave this conversation feeling less alone in their own journey—and more encouraged to keep going, even if their path does not look traditional.
